Dr. Arthur Euler, MD, a gastroenterologist who directed Glaxo’s
Zantac(R) Clinical Development Unit has developed a questionnaire for our customers asking them a few questions regarding the consumption of Puroast Low Acid Coffee.  The Survey is designed to see how we help our customers symtpoms and how their significant others like the taste.  Puroast believes in taste and efficacy.  The prior results and current results show that we are making a difference for people who suffer from stomach issues related to coffee and their household enjoys the smooth, full bodied flavor of Puroast Low Acid Coffee.

There is a large US retailer based in Southern California but owned by a German grocer that promotes low acid coffee but in recent research done by Puroast at UC Davis shows that this coffee is not lower in key acids like pH compared to Puroast.  The product this company is selling may just be a glorified decaf because the caffeine is significantly lower.

 Why Puroast is truly low acid coffee is the chemical research we have done at UC Davis proving through a well known researcher that Puroast does not create high concentrations of pH relative to major brands giving consumers a coffee smooother tasting and has credible claims.
